Our principles

• Gameplay should be entertainment, never a way to make money or solve financial problems.
• We give you tools to stay in control and we train our team to recognise when players may need help.

Your tools

Set them in Responsible Play in your account:

• Purchase limits — daily, weekly or monthly limits on Gold Coins purchases. Decreases apply immediately; increases take effect after 24 hours.
• Reality check — a reminder of how long you have been playing, at an interval you choose.
• Cool-off — take a break for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You cannot play, purchase or receive bonuses during a cool-off.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before it ends, and we stop all marketing to you.
