Promotions Terms

These terms apply to all promotions of Neon Sweeps together with the specific terms shown for each promotion. If they conflict, the specific terms prevail.

1. Eligibility. Promotions are open to eligible players under the Terms and Conditions and Official Sweepstakes Rules, in states where Sweeps Coins promotions are available.
2. Sign-up bonus. 50,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins after you verify your email. One sign-up bonus per person, device and household.
3. Daily bonus. Available once per day in the casino's time zone; the streak and amounts are shown in the rewards section.
4. Purchase bonuses. Bonus Sweeps Coins with a Gold Coins purchase are free promotional entries; the purchase is for Gold Coins only.
5. Playthrough. Only Sweeps Coins won in gameplay can be redeemed: every Sweeps Coin, whether received free or as a bonus with a Gold Coins purchase, must be played at least once before it can be redeemed.
6. Promo codes. Codes are personal or public as stated, may be used once per player and may expire.
7. Tournaments and challenges. The rules, prizes and dates are shown with each tournament or challenge.
8. No bonuses during cool-off. Bonuses are not credited during a cool-off; approved mail-in requests are credited after it ends.
9. Abuse. We may withhold or remove bonuses obtained through multiple accounts, automation or other abuse.
10. Changes. We may change or end a promotion with notice; bonuses already credited keep their terms.
