Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Identity and contact: name, date of birth, address, email, phone number.
• Verification: identity document and selfie images are processed by our identity verification provider; we keep the verification result and reference.
• Tax: Social Security Number or TIN when you complete Form W-9 (stored encrypted).
• Payments: payment method tokens and transaction details from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
• Location: your IP address and, with your permission, your browser location at the moments required to confirm eligibility (registration, purchase, Sweeps Coins play, redemption). We store location rounded to about 100 meters.
• Device and usage: device and browser details, device identifiers used for fraud prevention, pages visited and gameplay history.
• Communications: messages with support and your marketing preferences.

2. How we use information

To operate your Account and the sweepstakes; to verify age, identity and location; to process purchases and prizes; to prevent fraud, money laundering and abuse; to meet tax and legal obligations; to provide responsible gameplay tools; to support you; and, with your consent, to send marketing.

3. How we share information

With service providers acting for us: identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processors, game providers and aggregators (a pseudonymous player ID only), customer relationship management, customer support, email and SMS delivery, and cloud hosting. With authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under state laws — see Your Privacy Choices.

4. Targeted advertising

We use marketing pixels of partners only after you consent in the cookie banner. You can opt out at any time.

5. Retention

We keep financial, redemption, tax, anti-money-laundering and audit records for 7 years, support correspondence for 3 years, and other data only as long as needed. After Account closure we keep personal information only as required for these purposes.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal information, to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and to appeal our decision. Submit requests at Your Privacy Choices or support@neonsweeps.com. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal.

7. Minors

The Platform is only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Security

We protect personal information with encryption, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a data breach as required by law.
